Virtual Book Club for Teens
Swanton Public Library offers virtual, do-it-at-home book clubs for students in grades 5 through 12.
The best part? Everyone who participates gets to keep the book.
Teens can pick up a free book and activity packet at the library, read at home, and complete as much or as little of the packet as they would like.
How it Works
-
Each Virtual Book Club packet includes:
-
-
A free book to keep
-
A blank review form
-
Discussion questions
-
A small craft or activity connected to the book
-
Optional online discussion through SPL Youth
-
-
All we ask is that participants read the book. The rest is flexible.

Prefer not to go online? Fill out the review sheets included in the packet and return them to the library. Staff can post comments for you.
Participants who post online or return something from the packet, even a picture of the completed craft, can receive a small prize at the library.
