Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center works with member school districts to offer developmentally appropriate preschool programs for children ages 3 to 5, including services for typically developing children and children with special needs.

Early Intervention

Fulton County Early Intervention

Fulton County Early Intervention supports families with children from birth up to age 3 who have developmental delays or may be at risk for delays due to a medical diagnosis. Children can be referred by parents, family members, physicians, hospitals, or anyone concerned about the child’s development.

Help Me Grow Ohio

Help Me Grow provides support for pregnant individuals, caregivers with new babies, and families with young children who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services include home visiting, early intervention, developmental screenings, and connections to community resources.
